Something I’ve come to learn to do during my fitness adventure is mess around with taking pics. At times when it feels like I’ve made no progress I try to take photos from new angles to see if something will be an “aha! There’s progress!” moment. If not hell- I’ll play with filters or the contrast then compare those bad girls to previous pics. The progress may be unremarkable but something is still changing… my determination to do better than yesterday grows stronger. It feels so good.
There are times when pics don’t or won’t show anything so I rely on non-scale victories: clothes fitting looser, compliments from others, being able to carry heavier items easily, the amount of energy I have, new people I meet asking if I’m a body builder lol, etc. All these things deepen my determination to push harder in workouts, to improve, and most importantly to keep going while destroying/learning from any obstacles in my path. I have about 3 months left in the Max Muscle Plan but I effin pumped to see what my progress will be then. 2 more weeks then I can start the shredding le body fat. Get some!
